CAREER AND TRANSITION COACHING
FOR MATURE ADULTS

 

Michael Filan specializes in working with adults 50 years and older. He helps you assess your wants and desires at this juncture of your life, based on your interests, talents, and special skills. He integrates the creative process into coaching sessions to help clients develop new ways of thinking, new ways of thinking about the future, increase a fluency of ideas, and improve problem-solving skills.

Depending on your goals and interests, coaching sessions are tailored to the needs of each client and can include, for example:

• Discovering or rediscovering your creative self.
• Making new connections and contacts, and developing networking strategies.
• Overcoming fears and feelings of powerlessness.
• Learning to take action and not wait for opportunities to come your way.
• Navigating career transitions with ease.
• Creating a plan to move forward that best fits you and your life.

 

Consultations

An initial phone or Zoom consultation is prorated on the basis of $200 per hour. There is a minimum of 1/2 hour for the first consultation. A deposit of $100 is required. After the initial consultation,  phone or Zoom consultations are prorated on the basis of $130 per hour.

Payments are accepted through Zelle. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal.
